(1)The section is economical and reasonable,saving materials.The section shape of cold formed section steel can be designed according to the need,the structure is reasonable,the section coefficient per unit weight is higher than that of hot rolled section steel.Under the same load,the weight of components can be reduced and materials can be saved.Cold formed steel can save 38%~50%of metal compared with hot rolled steel in building structure,and 15%~60%of metal can be saved in agricultural machinery and vehicles.Convenient construction,reduce the comprehensive cost.

(2)Various varieties.It can produce all kinds of profiles with uniform wall thickness and complex section shape which are difficult to be produced by ordinary hot rolling method and all kinds of cold-formed steel with different materials.

(3)the product surface is smooth,the appearance is good,the size,and the length can also be adjusted flexibly according to the need,all according to the fixed ruler or times the ruler supply,improve the utilization rate of the material.

(4)It can also be matched with punching and other processes in production to meet different needs.
